配備(bei)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)油站,保證機器潤(run)滑(hua)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)為機器需潤(run)滑(hua)部件供油,為機器安全作業提供保障。同時,如果(guo)破碎(sui)機在負荷狀態(tai)下停機,液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)清腔系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)可迅速清理破碎(sui)腔,大(da)大(da)減少了停機時間。
楔塊裝置 調節快捷
采(cai)用(yong)楔塊排(pai)料(liao)(liao)口(kou)調節(jie)系(xi)統(tong),是機(ji)器即使在空轉情況下也可以再幾分鐘之內(nei)把排(pai)料(liao)(liao)口(kou)挑到(dao)預(yu)定值,在液壓系(xi)統(tong)配合下,實現自動化(hua),比(bi)老(lao)式的墊(dian)片(pian)式排(pai)料(liao)(liao)口(kou)調節(jie)系(xi)統(tong)更簡單、安全、快捷(jie)。
工作原理
電動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)皮帶(dai)和皮帶(dai)輪,通過偏心(xin)(xin)軸使動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)(e)(e)前(qian)(qian)后上下(xia)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),當動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)(e)(e)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)(e)(e)板(ban)(ban)向定鄂(e)(e)(e)板(ban)(ban)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時,物料(liao)被(bei)壓(ya)(ya) 碎(sui)或劈(pi)碎(sui)。當動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)(e)(e)和動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)(e)(e)板(ban)(ban)在偏心(xin)(xin)軸、彈簧的(de)作用下(xia)后退時,先前(qian)(qian)已被(bei)壓(ya)(ya)碎(sui)或劈(pi)碎(sui)的(de)物料(liao)從鄂(e)(e)(e)板(ban)(ban)的(de)下(xia)部排料(liao)口(kou)排出。隨著電動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機連續轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)而(er)破碎(sui)機動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)(e)(e)作周期性(xing)地壓(ya)(ya) 碎(sui)和排泄物料(liao),實(shi)現(xian)批量生產。
